Steadfast in the love of Christ (Romans 8:31-38)

More than make-up and clothes (1 Peter 3:3-4)
Free (John 8:36)
Worth it (Romans 5:6-8)
Victorious (Philippians 4:13)
Joyful (John 15:11)
Transformed (Romans 12:2)
Dignified (Proverbs 22:11)
Favoured (Proverbs 8:35)

I am” are the most powerful words you can say. Change your words you will change your life. What you meditate on, you become. Who you hang around, you become like.

Want change, then don’t start your day with the broken pieces of yesterday. Every morning you wake up is the first day of the rest of your life, for God’s mercies are new every day, they never come to an end. He is our portion so we can confidently hope in Him. (Lamentations 3:22-24)

We believe what we tell ourselves. A negative mind will never give you a positive life. When you start declaring what God says about you (even if you struggle to believe it) you begin to think what God thinks. So let this be your confession of faith, I am who God says I am… let it be the foundation on which you build your life on.

It’s not power of positive thinking, and it’s not your good thoughts that will turn your life around. The power of God’s word will turn your life around. He’s just asking you to believe, that He is who He says He is, and believe you are who He says you are, and then begin to live like you believe those things.

Does that mean bad things will stop happening? No. But it does mean you will experience many more victories than losses because the Word of God is at work in you.

Each time you speak and declare God’s word over yourself, the more stable, grateful and fully assured you will be in this world. Begin right now… I am who God says I am: I am…
